All stock is housed in our Sydney-based warehouse. In the unlikely event that you purchase a product that becomes unavailable for whatever reason, you will be notified within 48 hours and offered options for either a full refund or enable the order to be sent to you at an agreed date.
Shipping charges apply to all product orders placed under $200. Our shipping cost is calculated on the weight and delivery post code. To avoid delays and possible second delivery charges, we strongly recommend that you provide an attended business address (such as a work address), where someone you trust will be available to receive and sign for the order during normal business hours. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
We only use person-to-person delivery services (i.e. where the recipient must sign for the delivery) to ensure orders can be tracked all the way through to delivery. For certain orders (i.e. as determined by our fraud prevention policies), we may also request for the courier to verify the identity of the recipient.
Purchases made by 6pm (AEST) are dispatched the following business day. Purchases made during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next available business day. Unfortunately we do not allow for personal pick up.
We use Australia Post and other national courier companies to delivery our products depending upon the size of the shipment. Generally you can expect to receive the product you purchased within 2-4 business days. However, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to the east coast of Australia, up to 7 working days for deliveries to Western Australia and up to 14 business days for deliveries to New Zealand. International orders usually arrive within 10 business days however you should allow up to 22 working days depending on your location.
You will be advised by email when your product has been dispatched from our warehouse. Within the email you will also be provided with a tracking number.
Please note that we will use our best endeavours to meet stated time frames for dispatch and delivery, however many factors can affect these time frames and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
